I attended the last 2-3 e-Learning Guild conferences and have been extremely impressed. Each time I have come away feeling like I have greatly improved my instructional design and E-Learning knowledge and skill set. Has anyone else attended any good E-Learning or instructional design conferences?

I haven't been to an e-Learning Guild conference yet. I may go in 2007. Last year I attended Training Fall 2005 in California. It was so-so.
 I am looking to find a good conference to attend in 2007 and have heard ISPI may be a good one to go to. I've also gotten info about SALT but don't know much about the organization.

No, but I'm trying to mount a charm offensive to convince my bosses that it will be worth the $$$ to send me or someone else on my team to San Jose for DevLearn.  How did you manage it?
