University of Oklahoma - Instructional Design Program

I have one more year on my masters in Instructional Design and I am wanting to continue on for a PhD.  I have looked into the Big five listed on this site, but I am not so sure about how much funding I could  (small fish in a big pond).  So I started looking at other programs.  One that came up was the University of Oklahoma in Norman.  I am trying to get a feel for what their program is like.  I am also looking for a program that has faculty that is interested in Self-Regulated Learning and/or Motivation, specifically in an online environment.  Please let me know of your comments and advise for choosing a Doctoral school.
