Adaptive Learning Rubrics

Hello,

I have recently been tasked with finding an adaptive learning rubric that allows for human graded assignments that are not multiple choice or true false (e.g. paper or video project). The rubric should also automatically direct students to the appropriate content to for improvement based on where they fell on the rubric. So far, I have contacted Acrobatiq and am waiting to hear back. Does anyone know of any other solutions?

My name is Stephanie, and I'm currently coursing a master's degree in Instructional Design and Technology in the eLearning track. As part of the course I'm taking at the moment, I must interview an instructional designer and ask general question about the field. If you know of anyone I can get in touch with to conduct this interview, please don't hesitate to reply. I really appreciate your time and consideration. Thank you,

Hello! My name is Jen and I will soon be graduating from Purdue's LDT program. I wanted to see if anyone else here is new to the field, remembers what it was like to first start out, or had changed careers. I am changing careers from college admissions to that of instructional design, so could use all the help I can get to set my best foot forward. One thing I need to work on is my portfolio; does anyone have any tips for organizing my work? Should I show everything or just a few things?

Hello! New member here - my name's Jim, and after a few years as a stay-at-home dad, I'm beginning a new career in instructional design. I was fortunate to find a good master's program at UMUC, and I'm just about to graduate! I found this forum, and I'm wondering if anyone wouldn't mind having a look at my newly-designed portfolio ( here's the link ) intending to show the world my skills. As far as philosophy - I'd say that my emphasis is placing the learner at the center of authentic experiences designed to help them connect what they're learning/experiencing with what they already know, and to do so in as engaging a manner as possible. I hope to be a collegial problem-solver, a fun co-worker, and to do some good in the world. Thanks in advance for any feedback you might have to offer me! Regards, Jim H.
