Ideal Candidate: Are you an Instructional designer that enjoys developing training material for the technology or printing sector and have native English writing skills, then we want to hear from you!

 

The company: Intracon has a dedicated training and development team within the training business unit which allows us to develop and provide customer specific trainings. Intracon provides training for major vendors in the IT industry, resellers who sell IT products, and end customers using IT products. The need: Intracon Barcelona is expanding its learning division and looking for a native English speaker to develop training and promotional material for several key clients including brands such as HP.

 

We are looking for someone with an exceptional aptitude for taking technical and marketing material and synthesize this data into easily digestible learning and marketing material. Equally the candidate must have a creative flair to put their ideas into practice to develop new and exciting concepts in an ever changing learning environment.

 

The selected candidate will be:

 

• Developing bespoke e-Learning solutions for the printing and personal systems arena

• Using appropriate writing styles to make content easy to understand for the target audience

• Producing audio and video scripts to produce high quality course assets

• Educating and influencing clients to choose effective designs and deliverables ensuring all deadlines are met on multiple projects

• Writing online and offline guides, such as How to guides, FAQ’s, brochures and cheat sheets.
   

Specific Requirements and experience:

 

• Minimum 1 year experience in online development

• Good visual design skills and the ability to storyboard

• Excellent writing, editing and layout skills used to compose a range of materials (e.g. instructional text, storyboards, etc.) in a variety of contexts and tones

• Proficient in the use of authoring tools such as Storyline, Captivate and ePub to produce online learning

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

• Tech savvy, able to learn different technical concepts within a short period.

• Experience of uploading and managing content onto learning management systems (LMS) or virtual learning environment (VLE)

• Flash animation skills
