As an Instructional Design Specialist, you will be responsible for populating the Talent LMS Platform with lesson about the History of the organization and its departments. The content will be provided and the Instructional Design Specialist will formulate interesting lessons with mastery based learning principles.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Design and deliver lessons for the organization’s history and departmental content.

• Demonstrate expertise in instructional design, technical communication, and multimedia content development

• Ability to construct courses in the Talent LMS Platform using multi-media, links and other materials

• Ability to construct mastery-based lessons with dynamic self-evaluations/tests

Experience:

​

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or similar field OR 5+ years’ payroll experience with payroll processing

• Experience using ADP Workforce or other similar payroll processing systems

• Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations

• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and under tight time constraints

• Strong auditing skills and attention to detail

• Demonstrate excellent skills in judgment and the ability to keep payroll information confidential

• Basic understanding of information technology functions

• Experience in the hospitality industry a plus, but not required
