UCLA is seeking competitive candidates to fill Instructional Designers positions at multiple levels.

The instructional designers will be directly involved in designing instructional content for online and hybrid implementation, creating interactive media content, and building content modules in various learning systems and platforms using a variety of software applications in support of academic and professional programs. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional who knows how to apply theory and put it into practice with in-depth understanding of the professional field. The candidates should have experience teaching in higher education environments as well as with course design, philosophy of learning, and excellent technical skills with software such as Moodle and/or Canvas. An advanced degree in an area related to education, communications, educational technology, instructional systems, or other academic discipline is required.
