I am looking to hire an instructional designer to create custom course work for a new product I am bringing to market. I am looking for a person who is learner-centric, has 5+ years of experience as a front line instructional designer, ( or equivalent as contractor/freelancer ), ideally who has worked for the consulting industry turning content from subject matter experts into licensable courseware, is imaginative using the latest communication approaches, and someone who is tech savvy. Candidate should have a degree in instructional design or instructional technology, as well as an impressive electronic portfolio. Nice to haves are accreditations such as CPLP and/or CPT.
