Position Description:

The Learning Experience Designer will work with the Instructional Design and Learner Experience (IDLX) team, faculty, and other stakeholders to support the design, development, and execution of courses for all lifelong learning and certificate programs at Anderson, with a primary focus on non-degree Executive Education. They will help shape curricular content into coherent instructional modules that leverage multimedia, interactive, and web-based tools aimed at encouraging the engagement of students, participants, and learners. The candidate operates both independently and in multi-functional teams to support the curation and creation of content for synchronous and asynchronous Executive Education and lifelong learning programs. They assist in planning, resourcing, and monitoring of effective design life cycles of training and other learning and performance solutions to support the organization and demonstrates a high degree of collaboration and diplomacy as well as analytical skills to conduct review and develop creative recommendations and advise on best practices for in-person, hybrid, remote, and online learning environments. This position requires the ability to maintain strong stakeholder relationships with faculty, staff and executive participants and client to resolve design and technical issues related to the learning management system and other online teaching methodologies and tools in collaboration with technical teams. The candidate adheres to established quality standards and supports the organization of courses in Anderson's learning management systems.
