Full Time An established online learning solutions company is seeking a Graphic Designer to develop custom online learning courses for our customers. We’re looking for a creative individual who is highly motivated, has a “can-do” attitude and enjoys working in a small or mid-size company environment.

The individual must be proficient in Articulate Storyline, Articulate Studio, Adobe Captivate, and/or Trivantis Lectora. Must have experience developing professionally-designed and engaging courses from conceptual design to storyboarding to publishing.

Qualifications and Skills:

• BFA/BA in Graphic Design

• Must work onsite in Chagrin Falls, OH

• Minimum 3 years of experience developing online learning in a variety of e-learning authoring tools including Storyline, Studio, Captivate or Lectora

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and audio editing programs such as Audacity or Adobe Audition

• Ability to create imagery in Photoshop from provided artwork or identify artwork that can be modified

• Strong understanding of graphic design and typography principles and the ability to carry these over to all aspects of eLearning course development

• Proficient using a provided script to create page mockups of the course, create complete storyboards, and develop complete course

• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance

• Solid understanding of learning management systems and publishing for them

• Highly motivated, ability to work independently, perform under pressure, and deliver high quality results on time

• Strong communication skills – written and verbal

• Ability to build collaborative working relationships

• Excellent project management skills

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Experience following brand guidelines
